Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. We usually do not ship orders on Saturdays & Sundays.
Same Day Shipping (on most orders of ready stock items) placed before 11:30 am IST.

Sometimes we can’t ship this quickly (for example: orders containing customized items or items sold on backorder). If we can’t ship your order within 2 business days, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation. We ship orders in India mostly via reputed couriers like Xpressbees or Delhivery Couriers. But in case these carriers do not have service in customer’s area, then we use any available shipping service like Bluedart, EcomExpress, Ecart, Amazon, Proffessional Courier etc.
In certain cases, reserves the right to substitute shipping with any another Courier, Speed Post or ordinary registered India Post. International orders are normally shipped through FEDEX, ARAMEX or DHL couriers. In certain cases, reserves the right to substitute shipping with any another Courier. Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website.

The shipping timeline shown on the shipping estimate page is the tentative time in days taken by the respective services for delivery after the shipment is picked up by the carrier.

We will only ship to the address listed by you with our database. If you want your item shipped to another address, then kindly inform us for the same timely through email to avoid having your order delayed.

International Shipping:

We offer different types of international shipping through reliable and reputed international courier / cargo carriers like FedEx, DHL, ARAMEX, India Post etc. All purchases made by wire transfer, credit card, PayPal or through bankers check are shipped internationally as per the chosen shipping service by the customer. But in case buyers are interested to use any other courier service, then they will have to arrange for the pick-ups from our warehouse or may have to contact us through email or phone call.

Please note that once the shipment is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import tax or fees including the customs clearance charges that may apply. currently ships to almost all countries worldwide including the following locations: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hawai (U.S.A.), Hong Kong, Hungary, Korea, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, SriLanka, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America. As a rule, orders received through email or whatsapp will be processed .

Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If an item you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. All the expedited shipments will move preferably through DHL, FedEx or Aramex as a commercial shipment with invoice FOB value equivalent of the total amount paid by you including shipping charges and minimum 7 days time of transaction is taken from the day we hand over the goods to the carrier. Regulatory Customs Delay or any other natural miss-happenings like too much of cargo off loads or torrential rains etc. have not been taken into account.

Orders shipped through Expedited Shipping are fully trackable online and usually take around 3 to 8 days to deliver depending upon the destination location. Tracking number will be provided soon after the despatch through email and an update in your online account with us.

Orders shipped through Standard Shipping Service are partially trackable online and may take around 10 to 14 days to deliver after the despatch. You will be notified about the online tracking number with tracking link within 2 days after the shipment is despatched.

Orders shipped through Regular mail are not trackable online and may take around 20 to 40 days to deliver after the despatch. 

Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional carrier charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For example, in Australia, New Zealand and some other countries, you may have to pay the Quarantine Tax for importing articles made of wood. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. In case you do not pay the customs duty or import tax and receive the package, our shipping partner will destroy the shipment at the destination and no claim of any refund due to the non delivery of the order will be entertained. In case the shipment is returned to us due to the non payment of customs duty or import taxes, then the refund will be given only after deducting both side (to and fro) shipping cost and 5% payment gateway fees.

Shipments lost in Transit:

We honour “shipment lost in transit” cases only if we receive a complaint for non delivery within 21 days of despatch date. No complaint/claim for lost shipment will be honoured after the 21 days time period is over. The customer must register a non delivery complaint with us within 21 days of despatch.

Shipments damaged in Transit:

We honour “shipment damaged in transit” cases only if the customer has paid the transit insurance fee along with shipping cost. For damaged shipment, the customer must provide proof of receiving a damaged package. Still images and video of package opening shall be shared with us through email or whatsapp as a proof so that we can put a claim for the same on the shipping carrier. Without a valid proof, it is not possible to claim the damage. 


Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. In case the customer wishes to cancel the order, he/she may contact us through email or phone call within 2 hours of placing the online order. The order will be cancelled on request and the refund will be processed accordingly. Refund amount after deducting 5% payment gateway fees will be sent to the original payment mode of the customer. It will not be possible to cancel the order after the processing has been started.


Several Items such as custom-made products & all items sold on discount, all items sold in a stock clearance sale or a promotional sale or any other type of markdown sale are not returnable under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, custom made items like salwars and stitched salwar suits, running length fabric, gift coupons, gift certificates, dresses made to order as per specifications of the customer and any other type of virtual product.

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase . (less shipping charges and 5% restocking fee) If you took advantage of a “free” shipping offer you will be charged INR 200.00 (minimum) or actual shipping + 5% restocking fee for non-defective returns.

Non-defective items returned up to 7 days will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Non-defective items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days of delivery date, no case for defective item will be entertained.

If you received free shipping, an INR 200.00 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to cover the cost of credit card merchant fees. Mail in orders paid by check or money order are not subject to the 5% fee if returned within 7 days. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days. If you return an item to us after 30 days, we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.

You must obtain an RMA# before shipping anything back to us. We will refuse or return packages sent without an RMA#. Please call +919988773670 or email to to obtain an RMA#. Please have your order number ready.

Undelivered Shipment:

In case the shipment is undelivered and is returned back to us by the courier partner due to the wrong delivery address or wrong contact number provided by the customer or the consignee refuses the shipment and it is returned to us, then the refund will be provided to the customer after deducting both side shipping charges, 5% restocking fee & 5% payment gateway fees. Or else, re-despatch of the shipment will done after the customer pays double shipping charges again. In case of COD ( Cash on Delivery ) orders, the restocking fee will be 10% and COD charges along with both sides (to & fro) shipping charges will be deducted from the refund of partial online payment done by the customer. If the customer wishes that the COD shipment is sent again for delivery, then additional double shipping charges for sending again will be added to the order value.


To receive any refund, all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.

The refund is usually done within 7 to 10 days via the same mode through which the customer had made the payment. In some cases, in which it is not possible to refund through the same mode, we usually refund the payment through NEFT.

Important Note: Items purchased through our RF-Links Distribution are not returnable.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by calling the number below before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. If you return an item to us after 30 days, we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. RMA’s must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package.
